What do you want to lose? It’s a great name for a fat loss program, because what you have to lose is whatever fat you don’t like. You determine the outcome, you set the pattern, and you dictate the diet and exercise regime. How many times have you been told that you have to adopt a healthy eating regime. To start with think beyond the food. Meaning that you know vegetables are great for you. Its what you do with them that may be the problem. Do you cook them to mush, then drain then and throw a tablespoon of butter on them? Well you started great but you didn’t end up so well. Try and not to overcook your vegetables and try to include as many raw vegetables into your diet as well. If you have a combination, you won’t become so bored with them. In other words have some cooked and some raw. Try to add as much healthy variety to your foods and it will all help.
Now when it comes to the exercise you may feel its as boring as healthy foods right? Almost everyone likes some type of music. Make your likes work for you. Put some real snappy music on and get ready to strut your stuff. In other words, start dancing. Its fun and it works. If it makes you perspire and breathe a little heavier then it has served its purpose. Think back to some of the older music. Remember the Twist? What a great exercise for that tummy fat. You can also include some strength and interval training. Naturally, you want to drop some pounds and shed the fat, but you want to firm up those areas and you need to tone them. Not only do you want to feel good, you want to look good as well. Its going to take the combination of all these things to reach your goal.
